For breakfast or for pre/post workout snacks my go to is either always a smoothie or a smoothie bowl. They are super simple to make and it’s an easy way to add superfoods to your diet. For breakfast this morning I made this mouth watering tropical superfood smoothie bowl.
The base of the bowl was coconut H2O, frozen mangos, papayas, and strawberries. The superfoods added are depicted above, camu camu, maca powder, and goji berry (1 tbsp. of each). I also added 1 tbsp. of coconut oil.
I topped the smoothie bowl with 1 sliced banana, blackberries, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and sprinkled chia seeds on top. That’s it! Only took 5 minutes to make.

P.S. Camu camu is a EXCELLENT source of vitamin C. Goji berries are nutrient RICH. Maca powder boosts energy and balances hormones. Chia seeds supply you with Omega 3,6, and 9. Pumpkin seeds are protein packed.
