Vitamin C Boosting Juice!

Just wanted to share a quick juice recipe while on my friendcation in NOLA that’s filled with vitamin C and other skin loving ingredients. All you need are the fruits, herbs, and veggies depicted:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 lb of ginger

This juice is tasty and refreshing. The ginger is great for boosting digestion and soothing the tummy, which is why I included it in this juice. My subscribers know I’m all about gut health! Have a great rest of your day!!
