PRE/POST Workout Smoothie!

This smoothie is packed with protein, energy and antioxidants making it great to consume either pre or post workout. 

INGREDIENTS!

  • 2 bananas
  • handful of frozen mangoes
  • handful of frozen pineapple
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp. camu camu powder
  • 1-2 scoops of your favorite (vanilla) protein powder
